Tong - Ming Liu

          Dr.  Liu  attended the course I gave on electronic processes in organic crystals at the Institute of Chemistry of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing in 1978. He later came to this country with his family, and joined the staff of RSSL, where he continues to do research on the interactions of DNA with carcinogens.  We published a paper together, entitled “Picosecond Spectroscopy of Excited States Based on Non-linear Electron Photoemission”.
